Clear Skies Radar ("we", "us", "our") is a flight fare monitoring service operated by TruSpec Virtual Solutions, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States. The Service is available at https://clearskiesradar.com and app.clearskiesradar.com.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@clearskiesradar.com.
Clear Skies Radar monitors publicly available airfares on routes you choose. When a fare drops significantly below its recent historical average — as detected by our statistical analysis — we send you an alert by email.
We are not a travel agent, booking platform, or flight search engine. We do not book flights on your behalf, and we do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any fare at the time you attempt to book. All bookings are made directly with airlines or third-party booking sites.
Alert emails include links to third-party booking sites (such as Skyscanner, Google Flights, and Kiwi.com). We may earn an affiliate commission if you click one of these links and subsequently make a booking. This commission is paid by the booking site — it does not affect the price you pay.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (including our use of cookies as described therein). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plan pricing is shown on the pricing page. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fees. We do not store your card details — these are held securely by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry your card up to three times over the following seven days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account may be downgraded to an inactive state and access to paid features suspended until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then and are not charged again.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
EEA/UK consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"). If you have already received deal alerts during this period, we may deduct the value of the services already delivered from any refund due. To exercise this right, email hello@clearskiesradar.com within 14 days of your first payment.
All other users: If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, please email us at hello@clearskiesradar.com within 14 days of your first payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or use the Service to monitor routes on behalf of third parties for commercial purposes without our written consent.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.
You must not use the Service to:
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe. Fare monitoring depends on the availability of third-party fare data providers, which may experience outages or changes outside our control.
Specifically, we do not guarantee that:
Deal alert emails include one-click links to external booking sites (Skyscanner, Google Flights, Kiwi.com, and others). These are affiliate links — if you click one and make a booking, we may receive a commission from the booking platform at no cost to you.
We do not endorse any particular booking platform. You are free to search for the same fare directly on any site you prefer.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and data, is owned by TruSpec Virtual Solutions, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. No licence is granted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clear Skies Radar shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruSpec Virtual Solutions, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update or modify the Service, or these Terms, at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or by a prominent notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://clearskiesradar.com/terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your access to the Service will end and your monitored routes will be deactivated. You may request an export of your data before termination via the Settings page.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Account data is retained for 30 days after a deletion request (to allow recovery in case of error), then permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
EEA/UK consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the mandatory laws prevail. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@clearskiesradar.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue informally before formal proceedings are considered.
